How we work

Placing An Order

Determine your printing requirements

Decide on the specific printing services you need, such as business cards, brochures, banners, or flyers. Consider factors like quantity, size, paper type, and any additional finishing options like lamination or foil printing.

Request a quote

You can either please fill out our quote form, send us an email at quotes@paarlprintright.co.za, or feel free to give us a call at 021 872 7209. We’re here to assist you!

Review the quote

Once you receive the quote, carefully review the quote and ensure that all the details align with your requirements requested.

Accept Quote

To accept our quote, kindly notify us by email or send us the signed quote.

Deposit to be paid

To proceed with your order, we kindly request a 50% deposit. This deposit will enable us to initiate the processing of your order promptly.

Provide artwork or design files

If you have your own artwork or design files, submit them to your Sales Representative. Ensure that your files are in the correct format (such as PDF or high-resolution images) and follow guidelines listed under How must I send my artwork? If required.

Proofing and approval

We will provide you with a digital proof to review. Check the proof carefully for any errors, such as typos, layout issues, or color discrepancies. Make sure all the details are accurate and to your satisfaction before giving your approval to proceed with printing.

Printing and production

The production process will start based on the approved proof and your payment. The production timeline will depend on the complexity of the project and our workload.

Payment

Upon the completion of printing and production, we will promptly notify you. At that time, we will also send you a final invoice for the remaining balance.

Delivery or pickup

Once the final payment has been made, we will be delighted to assist you in arranging the delivery or collection of your order according to your preferred instructions.
